UAV platforms and airframes
Fixed-wing, VTOL and multirotor platforms selected and adapted to the mission profile.
- Fixed-wing

We engineer, supply and support systems, components and specialised software for the aviation sector and unmanned aerial vehicles, from a single part number to a fully integrated payload.
From requirements to a flying system: we design the architecture, integrate avionics and payloads, run the tests and stay with the fleet after delivery.
| No. | Service | What you receive | Typical lead time |
|---|---|---|---|
| 01 | Systems engineering and integration | Architecture, interface control documents, integration on your airframe | 2 to 6 months |
| 02 | Avionics and payload integration | Flight controller, datalinks, EO/IR and mapping payloads installed and tuned | 6 to 16 weeks |
| 03 | Ground control systems | GCS hardware, telemetry bridges, operator workstation, training | 2 to 5 months |
| 04 | Modification and upgrades | Retrofit of avionics, power and communication on existing fleets | 4 to 12 weeks |
| 05 | Testing and certification support | EMC, vibration and environmental tests, report pack for review | 3 to 8 weeks |
| 06 | Specialised software development | Mission, ground and onboard software built to your requirements | 2 to 6 months |

Route planning, geofencing, multi-vehicle control and recorded flight logs.
Navigation without GNSS, visual odometry, failsafe logic and automatic landing.
Photogrammetry, video analytics and flight data monitoring for fleet maintenance.
The catalog shows product groups, not a price list. Exact models, availability and lead times are confirmed in the quote.
Warranty and post-warranty service, spares pool, software updates and remote diagnostics. Field engineers travel to the operator when a fault cannot be solved remotely.

Operators and maintenance staff
A mapping operator needed a VTOL UAV to carry a LiDAR and a mapping camera at once, losing no more than ten minutes of endurance.
We designed a shared mount and power board, synchronised both sensors with the flight controller and wrote a mission template that triggers each sensor per flight phase.
Vibration from the lift motors blurred the camera in hover. We moved the mount onto isolators tuned on a shaker table and changed the trigger logic to fire only in cruise.
Both payloads fly together with a nine minute endurance penalty. Survey output per sortie roughly doubled.

A research programme wanted one operator to run an aerial scout and a surface vessel on the same mission plan.
A shared mission format and one control application with two vehicle panels. The aerial scout flags a target, the surface vessel receives an approach task, and the operator approves or cancels it.
Link budgets did not match. The aerial radio was solid at range while the surface link failed behind wave crests, so plans went out of sync. We moved to store and forward messaging with explicit acknowledgement.
Both vehicles now finish a mission with one operator and no radio babysitting. The research team published two seasons of field data with it.

A flight school needed to replace obsolete navigation and communication units across six aircraft within one winter.
We sourced certified units, prepared the installation data package and supported the maintenance organisation during the retrofit and ground tests.
Two units arrived with a different software standard than ordered. We caught it at incoming inspection and had replacements before the aircraft were opened.
All six aircraft returned to service before the season, with a complete documentation set for the authority.
